Individual Therapy

Cape CBI Individual TherapyFor milder symptoms, traditional individual therapy conducted on a weekly basis is generally recommended.  Topics covered in these sessions include psycho-education, behavioral planning and skill building, exposure and response prevention, goal setting, and relapse prevention.

These visits are generally conducted in the office but may involve therapy conducted in the home with a therapist or via videoconferencing technology.  Weekly individual therapy sessions typically last 45 minutes.
